Media Studies: Level 2 - If I can't have you no one can.

Movie Presentation Night 2010

This year Level 2 Media Studies were offered a new genre study and production course and Level 3 Media Studies was introduced for the first time at Tamaki College.

The level 2 class studied the Horror genre, and after watching a range of horror films, from the 1920’s to the 1990’s, they got to design and make their own horror films in pairs.

The level 3 class studied the Film Noir genre, and after watching a number of films from the 1940’s and some neo-noir films, they got to design and make their own film noir films in pairs.

The film making process was lots of fun and our screening of 8 films, on Monday 1^st November, was a fantastic success.

Thanks to a wonderful year from the senior Media Studies students, you are all fabulous.
